I was invited to participate in this exciting project, in which 100 JHU PhDs contributed their personal stories through images, text, and podcast episodes. I had the privilege to share about the role of mentorship during my graduate school experience, highlight the interconnectedness of my personal and professional identities, and provide some advice for persevering in the face of challenges.
